Are gifts customizable?

Yes! We specialize in custom gifts because we appreciate one size does not fit all. Contact us with your vision, price range, and a bit about your recipient and we will work with you to personalize your gift.

When will I receive a response to my inquiry?

Typical response time for online inquiries is within 24 hours. If you require urgent assistance, please call 604.338.1551.

How long will it take to receive my gift?

We can fulfill small orders in as little as 36 hours. If you have a specific date in mind please note this at checkout. For custom orders of 5+ gifts, please reach out for availability.

What are my pick-up and shipping options?

We are located in North Burnaby and offer local pick-up. If delivery is required, contact us with your address for a quote. 

How are the gifts wrapped?

By default, all gifts are presented in a reusable serving tray, woven basket or birch box with a simple bow in an effort to be eco-friendly. We can also wrap your gift in cellophane. Please note your preference in the notes section of the order form. 

Where are your goods sourced from?

Many of our products are made right here in Canada and we do our best to support small businesses and artisans from British Columbia. Some of the products we carry are from businesses with manufacturing facilities located overseas.

If you have a favourite Canadian brand you’d like us to carry or you’re a maker and would like to collaborate, please reach out. We’re always on the hunt for new goods!

Can you include a gift tag with a personalized message?

Definitely! Note what you’d like written in the notes section of the order form and we will include a handwritten gift tag. 

Will my gift be exactly the same as the online photos? 

We work with you to build the ideal gift for your recipient using examples from our website and your budget as a guide. We try our hardest to ensure all products on our website are in stock, but if we happen to be waiting on a shipment of a particular item or have changed to an alternative brand, we will contact you to make a substitution with an awesome product of equal or greater value.

Can my gift include liquor?

Yes. Per the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act, your purchase of a gift with alcohol is in agreement that both you and your intended recipients are 19 years old or older. Valid ID must be presented if requested. Liquor store prices plus a charge of $5 pick up fee is included in the price of alcohol ordered as we are not able to store alcohol on premise. 

Will you help me brand items to include in my gifts?

For sure! We can assist in the bulk branding of candles, spices, candy, USB lighters and more. Contact us for more information.
